Having attended Lancaster Girls' Grammar School, Chloë joined an American credit card company where she held various positions in the loans and underwriting departments before moving into an education role. 

Upon leaving the company in her eighth year in 2004, she had written, developed and delivered IT manuals and programmes to several thousand people in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Chloë joined Grange Dental Practice in the spring of 2004.  Her role as Practice Manager allows Mike, Tom and Ben to devote absolutely all their practicing hours to their patients. 

Having worked in a management role previously, Chloë understands that having a team of dedicated, motivated staff is crucial to a successful business. Chloë is passionate about leading the team of professionals who support the practice, and ensures that they all take an active role in ensuring total patient satisfaction upon every visit.
