Mike grew up in Garstang attending Lancaster Royal Grammar School and then qualified as a dentist at Manchester University in 1973. Apart from 6 years at Lytham, he has spent all his practice life in Garstang (with his wife Cheri, a registered dental nurse).
Mike is passionate about all aspects of dentistry but most specifically cosmetic and implant dentistry, and the development of new materials. He constantly pursues post-graduate education visiting the USA, Scandinavia and Germany to attend courses and 'Centres of Excellence'.
