Our mission statement
We know that you will like coming to the practice and here are 7 good reasons why!
1. Friendly, helpful staff.
We all want to help, which is why we chose a career in the care profession in the first instance. Some of us actually had different careers and changed path because we were so passionate about wanting to care for people in a dental environment. Every member of our team was chosen because we felt confident they had superb professional and people skills.
2. Compassion, empathy and being gentle.
We understand that dental work and being at the dentists is difficult for many people. If you fall into this category you can expect to feel relief with us. We think about how we can make life easier for you at the dentist, and then put these thoughts into practice. You will see how we do this and we encourage you talk to us about how we do this for you. We know that being gentle is only what everyone has a right to expect.
3. We think of ourselves as you.
We think about how we would like to be treated if we were you, and we act on these thoughts. We have spent thousands of hours designing the practice we would like to be in, if we were you, and finding who we would like to be around if we were you.
4. Competence and skill.
We are absolutely passionate about delivering superlative care, treatment and restorations. We all continue to follow post graduate education and we all understand that complacency can be devastating!
5. You never have to go anywhere else apart from the practice for your treatment.
Because we are able to provide beautiful quality advanced restorations, there is no need to go to any other surgery for any part of your treatment. If you have a challenging or unique dental situation, we can apply our advanced techniques to find a solution for every eventuality.
6. Satisfaction.
When you tell us what you want to achieve for your smile, and your mouth, this is our goal and we work together with you to achieve this.
7. Education and Support.
Talking about teeth and what happens in the mouth to create a healthy or destructive oral environment hasn’t happened perhaps as much as it should have in the past. We know that when you invest in your dental care, you want to know how to carry on caring for your teeth at home, on your own. What are good dental habits and what are bad dental habits (you will be surprised!)?
Supporting you by investing time talking to you is all part of the service. We even have appointments just to talk to you.
